Given nobody on HC has a clue or is likely to have a clue about the outcome of the PE issue perhaps its time to let it go and move on , it will be resolved eventually in someones favour and nothing said here will change that...
What we do know is that FAR hold 15% currently and drilling is getting closer by the day..
