I'd also recommend putting the trolls on ignore. The same crap keeps getting posted because someone feels the need to set them straight... Over...and over...and over again.
I've cut my posts down as I've lost the urge to and there is actually little to talk about that hasn't been discussed a million times.
Christmas is around the corner. Time to take a break and think of other things.
