I just cannot see a problem here. Platinum must be one of the largest private outfits in the world now with resources probably exceeding Txt who want to develop Intevia with TZ. They have not said anything about who holds the Intevia license now ie whether they bought it with TFS or whether TZ and many others are a part of the sale ie Platinum just headed the sale. Nothing related to the new ownership is at all clear so I assume the NASDAQ float timetable is likely to be exactly on track as nothing material affecting the float has appeared to change post the announcement. Short term I have factored in a price of $2.25 - 2.75. So I hope your assumptions are closer to the mark.
After yesterday's activity I broke a longstanding rule to buy more stock. If people want to throw it away at this stage then how could I resist?
