What if someone decides that something you enjoy makes you a bad community member? You just go along with it?
The problem with a federal system like this is that you can't escape from social standards of any type. I would only be OK with it if social credit systems were localised, eg, if I want to smoke in public I can move somewhere that's allowed.
Bonus round : insane people who like to control others to see what happens/ get their pleasure from controlling people inevitably end up holding the reigns of things like this.
I'd prefer they not dictate my behavioural standards.
