Haven't heard rumours, but agree with scenario. Essentially it comes down to trusting Gutnick.
He could send this to 5c or he could send it to 50c. With practically complete control of the company, his decisions have previously caused him to both make and lose large amounts of money.
I'd be VERY surprised though if these 'investors' being issued stock at 12.5c are not aware of what potentially may be lying ahead for the company.
Time will tell.
