The 499,999,956 consideration securities are escrowed for 12/24 months (half/half) so currently can't be traded. Therefore on Hotcopper the market cap is taken off 259,532,863 shares.
Some (myself included) like to go off diluted or fully diluted shares.
If you go off 759,532,819 x the high of 24.5 cents you get $186 mill MC.
Off the current price of 12 cents you get $91 mill MC
If you add in all performance shares and options you get 928,111,392.
@24.5 cents that is $227 mill MC.
