Why do people keep banging on about number of BUD shares on issue...
With the current number of shares readily available in the market or the "free float"...our current market cap is approx $30mill.
Approx. half of BUD shares including all performance shares and (if options are taken) are in escrow for 24 months and the other half for 12 months.
I would suggest that 10 months and 22 months respectively is a significantly long enough not to be an issue with current SP...during this period BUD will build their customer base, revenue, profit in the trillion dollar IOT space...so the effect of any additional shares won't be seen until closer to this time...
BUD has people with a fantastic pedigree and will deliver IMO a steady stream of long term customers in this space...as these customers are announced...BUD will re-rate quickly I believe...we await
