I asked the question via twitter about the delivery service coming online. This is the response I received.
"We are currently working on a no. of convenience solutions, including delivery. Our aim is to have delivery in market by end of 2017."

Looks like a new investor taking a large position. Sellers are disappearing and supply is drying up.
