I think this will be a good buy but way overpriced at6, lat have to release 700k shares at merger and the 60/30 deal's a bit off - I dont like that mig33 gets 60 of lat and lat shareholders only get 30 of mig33 - also the tout in the pr - MIg only had 100,000 or so users a few months ago - its early days to get a run on potential earnings. Once the merger goes im betting there'll be a down window before the rise
