MNS is Arnie and KNL is Danny de Vito. KNL is like the little troll brother who is jealous of big brothers superiority. The government cares only about MNS. If KNL shutdown tomorrow the Tanzanian government would not blink.

Rumour has it got Knl that the tax rate will be 45% and the royalty rate 5%. Now we know that MNS has locked in a 30% tax rate and 3% royalty rate. Maybe the higher tax rate is one of the reasons KNL might not get finance for the project. Well that and the fact that graphite prices for the steel industry have collapsed.
