That is where Shorten is a total moron...all he raves on about is handouts. His whole campaign so far seems to be based on giving out more taxpayers money by telling everybody that they deserve more in the way of tax cuts and additional benefits...that Mr Turnbull is forgetting about the "little" bloke and only looking after the "big" end of town.
