Should ARV realise its GRE holding. Benefits to SQM would be a decent chunk of another miner at an early stage of exploration. Would need to be done at say a 30% premium in order to give SQM this type of entry. Petty cash for them. Benefits to ARV: * would give them circa $4 million to fast track their own exploration. * Rather than a capital raise at 0.02 it would more likely be north of 0.2 before a need for a capital raise. This would be after the exploration delivers results and pushes the valuation north * GRE would potentially be able to progress faster on their own exploration and additionally on the tenemant that is jointly held by ARV
