what FF is referring to is 1 % as an easy estimate of the potential income for Brainchip. He recently gave an example that Brainchip is involved in multiple Trillion dollar industries. He used the 1% here as if Brainchip only manages to get 1% of any of those trillion dollar markets it still equates to 10 billion revenue. He isn't saying that this is easy or a done deal, he is simply arguing the potential revenue in the coming years, I believe 2030 numbers where used in this particular estimate.

When you start looking at the ecosystem and partners endorsing Akida you might understand that those numbers are not unrealistic to achieve if you look 8 years down the road.
