1. How did Socius manage to exersise 34.5c warrants @ 28.8c
2. Are you aware Section 2.5 Re-Pricing Mechanism, that Residual Re-Pricing Shares are subject to obtaining shareholder approval - or am I reading this wrong?
3. 19/10/2010 Conti completes raising at issue price of 64c (0.064c) per share, of which Socius invests $20M. How did they manage to defer the investment tranches until 11/07/11 @ 0.042c & 25/08/11 @ 0.035c respectively thus paying considerably less than than the shareholder approved issue price of 0.064c?
Thoughts?
