The main issue here is... management's fees are exuberant, when shareholders return is a few hundred % negative.

Many think management's interest is not on par with shareholders value in this case. They are being cheated..

Management either have to show us the Money for their exuberant fees.. or taking some pay cuts, or pay from equity to show their confidence and good will...
