Selling into low volume, is my guess. Indicates a lack of interest or confidence in the stock based on missed guidance for years and years. Management are trying to regain credibility, but it's a hard slog unless they put our more client communications or deliver on a few deals. As indicated in another post a deal is "...always another signature away" So close yet so far.
Whilst the science appears impressive they are also woefully under capitalised, leaving them vulnerable and keeping a lid on the potential share price due to possible CR being required. Get on a more secure footing with self-sustaining cash flow and things would change.
Again, management are working hard and hopefully they can pull it through as risk/reward is tantalising.
