    Every so often these kind of messages appear in all Lithium stock boards. People do not seem to understand and/or can not read or are just to lazy. Most common mistakes:
    1) Lithium in not rare on this Earth, there is plenty! Just about cost efficiency of getting it out of rock or brine or clay.
    2) Graphite is not a conductor nor is graphene. Graphene battaries still need Lithium (or some other conductor like sodium or magnesium)
    3) Lithium is the best energy container per unit weight, it is physically and chemically unbeatable in this aspect. Thus it is the best suited for cars (and flying things and such, i.e. "mobile" units), period, basta! But for grid storage other battery types may be better suited. But for those price will be the main driver. And those batteries that will be used/made for cars and other "mobile" applications will most likely be the cheapest available on the market as we will need so many of them. So although other solutions are very very feasible for grid storage most likely the Li-Ion (or more general the "car") battery will be the most cost efficient one. But that, time will tell. If grid storage gets huge, it may lead to its own battery class.
