Yes I understand that, my comment was more tongue-in-cheek with a slice of truth - I'm sure with enough effort ($+shrewdness) you could absolutely get your hands on something FDA approved even if it's not approved under TGA.
Anyway, since you asked, no not to the extent you'd probably consider adequate. Have been a holder for years based on a friend's suggestion - lucky me I guess.
Appreciate the non-condescending answers from everyone else here though regarding the US healthcare system particularly, wasn't aware of the prevalence of health insurance.
