my guess is that there is a very small chance they get the money now but the almost certain outcome is that this goes on vapours for a year or more until the day OS software is sold into some other company and the employees all continue on that way while we’re done without a penny In return.

maybe 9 to 12 months until that happens. But it may jump at us out of the blue. As long as the founders control the votes then that can happen without warning. If that raise happens and their stake drops to about 30% then any sort of fire sale will be a little harder to sneak through.

(oh, the only way we ever see a penny from this is if they raise the 15.8. GOM and Virgin won’t let sas escape their $150m liabilities if they aren’t going to see a viable commercial outfit in return. They’ll claim whatever is left after telefox get their million.

I wondered at the time why telefox insisted on first dibs at debt repayment since the balance sheet listed virtually none. Now we know. Telefox were aware of the GOM and VO liabilities. If that’s correct then I guess it helps us make some guesses about who is involved in telefox.)

this is all over ,, just waiting for management to suck the last few cents out ,, wont ever RELIST and we get nothing ,,
