What would you have them do jimsin? do a cap raising for $1 a share so they don't have to dilute as much?
Of course 2 billion shares isn't good however the only way cluff is going to get anywhere is to find a diamond pipe and despite their sturdy shovel the directors 380k isn't going to last for ever.
