I don't think soft skills are what you think they are. They are obviously the way you break a tie between candidates. Always had been, always will be. in many ways they are far more important than technical skills. There really isn't much difference between an 8/10 and 9/10 in technical skills. but 4/10 v 7/10 in soft is a greater divide.
