re: vwap r u sure that it is broken today

does the agreement not sat vwap over 5 consecutive days exceeds 50c

can be interpreted in 2 ways

1) vwap needs to exceed 50c on each of 5 days,

OR

2) vwap over a 5 consecutive day period needs to exceed 50c

not sure of exact wording of options agreement but JT could still be in with a show

also not sure if 5 consecutive calender days or trading days.

maybe I should have been a lawyer
