Software help please?

I have posted this in the "General" section but thought you trader guys might have an idea too, hope you don't mind me posting here.

I have been using Insight Trader software for years but it seems Bernard has stopped supporting it finally.
I am looking for a new package to do market scans, in particular for new highs over various periods.
Also a Portfolio Manager that compares my holdings to various indicators.
Plus a charting program to look at the history of individual stocks.

I haven't found Bodhi's EzyAnalyser to be able to scan as per my requirements.
I would prefer a program that lives on my PC but if I have to go to an online version that is ok I suppose.
Stock Doctor also fails the test.
Any suggestions are very welcome.
