I load EOD data from Comsec and it does a good job. You will have an issue with collecting historic data and I've honestly forgotten where I pulled it from. You should be able to search around for it..
There is a scanning tool in the program that allows you to use your own logic to find what you think you are looking for. Eg: MACD crossover, BollLower etc. etc.
