I get the feeling they may take a punt and drill on 2d alone as one onshore well beats the cost and time of 3d analysis. Hence the recent placement and the good Tanzanian Dr on the board to help with fast tracking - securing rig etc.

I think Tullow will have formed the same view as after all in the 1920's oilmen in Texas - well -they just drilled - its a punt at the end of the day.

Off shore - of course you wish to increase the certainty.

I think we will be pleasantly surprised by an early drill.
