Unless it is explicitly stated in the PSC's, I doubt the partnership will go that way. That is adding onto the costs. Of course they will have to do it in future if resources are discovered.
The 3 PSC's only require FTG/Airborne Gravity, 2D Seismic and drilling 1 well for the 1st exploration period.
