Taken some deep breaths on this one and made good coin on a couple of other energy stocks recently so losses on this are more tolerable!
Re-read everything and facts are:
-SOGTL is still alive.
-They still have the asset albeit surrounded by wildlife in a national park!
-If the Exotix share/bond issue goes ahead they must give/offer the old SWE holders shares under statutory law.
-There are 92M shares on issue between SOGTL and old SWE holders.
-30M new shares at $1US per share for existing shareholders = 0.32c US per share.
-Old SWE holdings diluted by about 65% so new shares worth about 0.11c US per share.
-The Tanzanian government is supportive (look at the AUD that have flowed into the country via us)!

Please correct me if any of the above is wrong.

Back to 8/1 on it all falling in place.
