Sorry to hear your negative sentiment Coopz_NZ, but I had the pleasure of meeting CEO Ian Olsen at a presentation on Tuesday and was very impressed by the management and the business model.
This will be oversubscribed and perform well when it re-lists from what the local supporting Perth brokers are saying.
Simple equation, very low vend value into a shell value of close to $1m = plenty of upside for the holders at placement level.
On the other hand, the castrated old holders will need to see the stock at 9c for break even if they paid .001c.
Winners and losers, but what if these guys are the next Nearmap.......or better, then we all may make some decent money out of this pup
