I am a NHC shareholder and have been looking at either buying SOL or BKW but they both pay pretty miserable dividends and now are basically LICs. You can't expect windfall profits from BHC forever and the share price of both companies have gone nowhere in recent times. It's quite easy to get a five or six per cent fully franked from many LICs these days and interest rates are going up all the time. U think SOL needs to share potential investors a lot more than they are currently doing. By the way which do you think is the best investment SOL or BWK?. I appreciate that the dividends go up every year in both companies but hardly by an amount thats worth talking about.
