I hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend! I've just saved up enough to buy another parcel or shares and am still in a very "slow and steady" mood so probably just going to add to either SOL or BKW holdings. I still struggle to work out the value gap between the two companies and how much of BKW value is presribed to it's SOL holding. Am I correct in saying that using the simple 0.43 of the SOL shareholding working rate is correct for BKW? So that would mean that as of yesterday the SOL shareholding is worth $8.6 of the BKW share price meaning that the market is valuing US/Aus building products and the property JV as being worth the remaining $7.53?
