Yes but l would not be concerned if it were only these two being a SOL investor Tim. I am looking for a notice that SOL are increasing their stake in MVF. Still SOL will understand the potential dangers more than just me.
(MVF were originally a higher cost provider with all the bells and wistles. Their rival Virtus were bought out from memory a few years ago).
It could be that the merger (SOL/BKW) has been timed so that this distracts the market for a year + if they have had a run of back lack. These smaller companies are like playing with options and dynamite. I have totally given up trying to trade them. 1/4 might go to the moon 3/4 can blow up.
