1 percent drop in first half profits - maybe they could drop their phone plans and be more competitive. They are so arrogant in the stores. Went to get my mum a mobile yesterday and the rates were unbelievably bad compared to other companies (as they are with the iphone etc, etc). They tried telling me how bad the other companies were, and how many people come to them from other companies!!
