At this prices TLS looks very attractive for short, medium and long-termers: 3 Dividends in 13 months(over 11% after tax); immenent appointment of a new CEO; likely delay in the Government decision on the National broadband network; lots of index funds are underweighted in the stock (i.e have to rebalance their portfolios soon).
