Retail isnt rocket science,

All you haveto do is stock the stuff people want to buy.

Then advertise a few random products on sale at great prices to lure in the traffic.

While they are there they will see other stuff they want to buy.

IMO Myer has been deliberately ran down and muppets put in charge

This sets up in a zone where a Takeover becomes attractive to all players, Holders and Buyers.

The Holders win as they get 30% premium over current price valuation.

The Buyout Company wins because there is so many simple magangement and strategy upgrades that can be done to boost turnover and sales.

I cant see this being taken over any less than 1.40c and even $2+ is possible.

I just think this scenario was planned long ago. Just takes time to beat the investors down to a point where the upside is a takeover.
