Ok when they first float tls was under Frank Blount and when he left sp was around $7 and then Ziggy took over and when He left it was around $5 and then Sol came in and when he left sp was around yes you're right it was around that figure.

scenario:
1 Frank Blount was pro government
2 Ziggy was the same and competitors winning in market proportion
3 Sol market environment change ie. Next G and won market proportion
3 Thodey don't know yet but when he took over we were infront of the competitors but the sp told us otherwise.

Sol was forced out of office by the current government well before his term expired for obvious reason. They cannot move while Sol is there, you guys think about it.
