You would need to replace the term 'misguided' as it is too vague. However, this reg points towards misleading information.

Check reg 162.43 though to 162.64 relating to the responsibilities of an IDS (internet discussion site)

Clearly the poster also has a legal obligation as to the content that they post.

I also note that the IDS must archive member information for ASIC.
