The cross holding throws up some interesting valuations doesn’t it?
Here’s my 2cents worth abit tongue in cheek...
So sol sp being $30-51 and it owns 43% of bkw ($17.26) so that gives us $7-42 which in turn owns 43% of sol so 43% of $7-42 is $3-20. Add the $3-20 back to the $30-51 gives us $33-71 sol value per share. So now 33-71 or two times 17-26 are close enough to be considered equal give or take abit of brokerage? Either way you get $33-$34 “sol value” and bkw for free....
As I said abit tongue in cheek...
