To spend 18 million and gain 7.2% and then stop. I am of the opinion they were trying to gain a big enough piece to have a say in proceedings, perhaps with a view of future stocking their recent aquisition - copperchem. However I'm a bit confused as to why they stopped. Did the sp get too high. I think, like most, that EXS is so undervalued, and they must know that, so why stop.
