Like Aidoadio said it is basically validating the substrate that Translucent is supplying.
If SOlAERO do become a competitor to Solar Systems? then that bodes well for Translucent, because if they want to manufacture the cells using Translucent substrate then we will both make money, it is also worth remembering that the business they bought off Emcore was the SPACE business, not a terrestrial one at this point , but one thing SOLAERO can't do without a license is use the parabolic dishes that Solar system now uses, let alone the newer smaller 1000 sun version, I can't wait to see these new cells married up with their new smaller dish.
