Orders by consent normally means that parties have reached mutual agreement for settlement of dispute and then they go to the court for ratification.
To me it looks like ANZ will subscribe for shares in Solagran and then hands these over to Solamind. This way solamind has the shares and company has the cash. I wonder what price have they agreed on?
