i wonder if people are looking to use fluids other than water for theses types of ideas i.e. using oil instead of water. Water management (particularly potable water sources) will be critical in future. using waste or unusable water could also be an advantage. water treatment plants effluent may work (during the various digestion stages the effluent could be used in this manner)
