No doubt there is a shortage of lithium supply currently while at the same time the battery recycling market is beginning to pick up the pace. China is by far the biggest recycler.

Redwood will have some copper anode foil production by year end 2022 going to Panasonic.

If not from recycling then it looks as though RIO will begin lithium production 2024.
Rio Tinto said on Monday 17th Oct 2022 that its Rincon lithium project in Argentina is advancing.
"At the Rincon lithium project in Argentina, we are progressing early works including construction of a camp and airstrip. We are also developing a three thousand tonne per annum lithium carbonate starter plant to accelerate market entry by the first half of 2024, and de-risk the planned full-scale operation," wrote the miner in a news release.
Cobalt could be tricky to obtain due to recent events in the Congo?
Having said of all that, these large contracts set by Maoneng Group would have assurances for supplying said batteries so I would think that supply is very likely. Elon Musk managed to supply SA and recently there is another Big Battery Project in Victoria.

But your guess is as good as mine @The Chook where the batteries will come from.
