lol watso had a glass of wine (fess up watso - it was more than one glass) - and fell asleep anyway when watso woke up at 6pm the chicken was kept warm at 46C.
for dinner, watso immediately mixed some of the chicken with a tub of RTC sweet potato salad.
anyway, watso had diced the chicken up - so in relation to the comment that the internal temperature (ie60C) needs to maintained for 35 minutes - would have easily happened.
apart from the chicken that watso has mentioned - in another solar oven - watso heated up a couple of filo chicken treats .. watso had them for lunch - and the temperature of them was 80C.
watso is still alive - with no apparent food poisoning
