I agree, As said I know the batteries arrived here in Vic last year. I know the installer and RFX understands my primary purpose is a UPS, then secondary use any excess solar PV and load shifting from off peak for a third purpose.
Spoke with installer several times. Now rather unhappy as promised a 'next' day call back with a date for last week or this week install. My delay might not be an issue for household installations but I note news of them is sadly lacking as well. I am patient with reasons. Unexplained issues/delays and failures to simply do as promised are not appreciated. Due to my principle requirement it is possible the Inverter may be the hold but I have not been told that or much sadly.
My 2016 deposit and expected install date of September 2016 was clearly delayed via the first shipment and freight to Vic. Delays from December to now have one known mitigation but thats wearing very thin now.
Thanks for the new shipment date. Did it mention if it is 90 from Jan17 or also including 87ish from Dec16?
