I wouldnt think its an issue with the battery otherwise they would not have increased production this quarter. Perhaps enclosure manufacturing delay at one point they said they wanted to switch to cheaper manufacturing but I'm not sure when.
ann stated minimum of 90 batteries manufactured in Jan '17.
