While I am bitterly opposed to the way solar installations have been marketed, with costs passed on to consumers who have not been able, financially, to have the panels installed, I am a great believer in solar panels. When battery technology improves to the point where each household can have a stand alone installation to meet all their power requirements, and be viable with reticulated energy, then I will be one of the first to have such a system installed. Until then I will have nothing to do with this costly, high maintenance scam.
