I don't like to sound as though I'm repeating myself, but governments are starting to realise that the solar experiment is not reducing future expenditure on the existing grid!!!!
Onwards and upwards for CFU ; a contributor to lower greenhouse emmisions and just as important a contributor to lowering base load off the grid, hence future reductions in grid expenditure.
