    Okay to get some ideas, Finn is okay and seems to be pretty non biased

    orientation of roof is important
    will not get much momey to sell to grid, it is all about not buying the energy.
    Solar is okay but still not that great (20% efficient)
    Batteries not worth the money yet, unless ya live in a area that regularly losses power

    Try and do all high power usuage during sunlight hours, this is where you really save money
    You can get a switch (not that cheap yet) to heat ya water when there is excess energy being produced by your installation

    in the end there is really no-one that is not trying to make money and the real issue is cheap imports/quality (even if Tier 1) and business closing down.
