KVAR is real energy that is HEAT provided for by the consumers product to the detriment of their product. What do you think causes the god damn transfer of electrons passing a given point per second of a wire(Coulombs). MAGIC?
I am a low end user / provider of KVA. I can show at night my batteries are supplying energy (KVAR) to the grid as is every other user. The problem is they (consumers) just do not know it and do not know how to use their smart meter to prove it. i am lucky in that i know how to use the smart meter, have access to data logging equipment and also access to the data provided by the PV manufacturer (as i have already shown earlier)
