it took me a good few years to get my head around it and yet, as with all things weather related, too many variables to input them all. I still don't understand it at all well.
nothing wrong with your resource for understanding IOD.... I've only used the BOM and done searches of other reports, never used weatherzone.
let me know when you've got it and you can tell me about how it works. the dynamic looks simple but it very complex.
